1. AI Credits and Digital Services

1.1 AI Astrologer Credits

• AI credits purchased for chat consultations are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits remain valid for 365 days from purchase date
• Refunds may be considered for unused credits within 7 days of purchase

1.2 Analysis Reports

• Once generated, analysis reports (Love, Career, Wealth, etc.) are non-refundable
• Reports are considered delivered once generated and accessible in your account

2. Consultation Services

2.1 Live Consultations

• Consultations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee
• No-shows are non-refundable

2.2 Rescheduling

• Consultations can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the appointment
• Maximum of 2 reschedules per booking
